My wife and I have an understanding during college football season. Saturday afternoons she takes the kids out while I get to sit and watch a game or two. I think that works out pretty well. Your suggestion of getting the family interested in sports is a good one. We used to live in Arlington TX and just a few blocks from Ranger Stadium. It made it convenient to go watch a few games every year. The boys really loved the experience. Hope that holds through the years. Those are all good suggestions. My favorite teams are the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins, and Duke Blue Devils.
