Congratulations! That is exciting news. For us, when our second one came, one of the nicest things to see was our first one’s reaction to her. When he kisses her and laughs with her, it is the best thing in the world. I won’t mention what its like when she tries to touch his toys though!

Thanks Vincent. I’m really looking forward to Olivia having a younger brother/sister. Hopefully there won’t be too many fights. :)

FANTASTIC news! One to two is a pretty easy transition. Our first two were 17 months apart and a really close. Just for fun, check out the gender prediction chart at http://is.gd/lVYU . It has worked for all of our kids.

Thanks Corey! LOL… I checked that gender prediction chart and it was accurate for Olivia. However it does have a 50% chance of being right now doesn’t it. :D According to the chart, we’ll be having another girl. I guess we’ll find out if it’s accurate or not come October.

Congratulations Jon to you and your wife. You will be delivered from the anxious and obsessive land of only child parenting.

@Stephen,
Yeah, that’s probably true to some extent. However we’ve been pretty laid back parents so far. :)

Awesome man! Congrats! Coming from a dad with two kids – your life will NEVER be the same. It’s a good thing but two kids makes parenting that much more a challenge. I hope your wife and new baby have a very healthy and safe pregnancy!

Not sure if that last comment made it through. If it did you can just delete this one. That’s fantastic news and congratulations! I hope your wife and new baby have a safe and comfortable pregnancy.
